Manufacturing process

We have a large workshop allowing us to handle heavy pieces, up to 1.5 tons, milling machines allowing us to work on large components up to 1,150 x 500 x 500 mm in size and lathes capable of handling components up to 500 mm in diameter.

We also provide grinding operations (vertical, round and flat), metal turning on CNC, welding (CO2), milling, cutting, frequency hardening, heat treatment and burning (including plasma cutting).

Long-term experiences, modern and high precision machinery and knowledgeable employees guarantee high quality of our products and timely deliveries. We prepare several possible solutions, technologies and delivery options for finished products based on individual particular project needs. We have extensive experiences with direct supplies and export of products not only to Czech customers, but also to customers in Slovakia, France, Germany and Russia. CNC machine descriptions

CNC machining centre Mori Seiki DMC 1150

The machine is equipped with a Sinumerik 840D control system, with Renishaw tooling and tool probe and a tooling magazine able to store 32 different types of tools. Feeds - X axis 1,150 mm, Y axis 500 mm, Z axis 500 mm. The machine may be used to work on products made of cast-iron, steel and aluminium alloys.

CNC lathe Mori Seiki CTX 510

The machine is equipped with a Sinumerik 840D control system and power tools. The maximum turning diameter is 350 mm and the maximum length is 1,000 mm. The machine may be used to work on products made of cast-iron, steel and aluminium alloys.

CNC lathe DMG Mori CLX 450

The machine enables complete machining of complex parts thanks to the Y axis. It achieves higher efficiency thanks to the bar feeder machining. It has compact design with a large workspace for custom parts machining. 3D control is facilitated with the 19" multi-touch control panel.

ARG 330 CF-NC automatic band saw

The fully automated band saw with CNC control finds application in cutting of large series even in the most difficult and nonstop operations including heavy workpieces of larger cross-sections.

5-axis cutter DMG MORI CMX 70U

We have expanded our machine park with a new 5-axis DMG MORI CMX 70U milling machine. This machine is a representative of the third generation of this series of vertical machining centers. We can thus offer our customers the machining of heavier and larger metal parts.

We constantly expand our machinery with new CNC machines and equipment.
