SUBSIDIES OBTAINED – Subsidies from the EUROPEAN UNION project

Project KOKEŠ STEEL GROUP s.r.o. - Acquisition of automated equipment for production optimization. Project registration number CZ.01.02.01/01/23_026/0007028. Project amount 2,139,615,-, implementation period 24.03.2025-30.06.2026. The project is co-financed by the European Union through the operational program TECHNOLOGY AND APPLICATIONS FOR COMPETITIVENESS.

In July 2025, we purchased a new 3D measuring device CRYSTA-Apex V7106 CNC CMM

This modern coordinate measuring machine is designed for high-precision 3D measurement and dimensional accuracy control of products. Thanks to automated operation and high measurement repeatability, the device allows us to increase the efficiency of measurement processes, improve data traceability and support overall production quality.

We have expanded our CNC fleet with the new band saw ARG 330 CF-NC automatic.

In June we purchased fully automated CNC-controlled band saw. It finds general application in the cutting of large series even in the most difficult operations and nonstop operations. In addition it can also be used for heavy parts with larger sections.

The new benchmark in general turning operations which will meet challenging needs of our customers.

In 2020 we purchased the DMG Mori CLX 450 CNC lathe. The machine enables complete machining of complex parts thanks to the Y axis. It achieves higher efficiency thanks to the bar feeder machining. It has compact design with large workspace for custom parts machining. 3D control is facilitated with 19" multi-touch control panel.

In April 2020, we purchased a 5-axis cutter: DMG MORI CMX 70U

We have expanded our machine park with a new 5-axis DMG MORI CMX 70U milling machine. This machine is a representative of the third generation of this series of vertical machining centers. We can thus offer our customers the machining of heavier and larger metal parts.

We purchased gauge Zoller

We have purchased a Zoller measuring tool that helps us to adjust milling cutters for CNC machines.

We moved to the new premises

We bought a new industrial site in Háj ve Slezsku, where we moved the entire metal production.

We have purchased a new CNC machining centre Mori Seiki DMC 1150

We have expanded our machinery with a new vertical machining centre DMC 1150. This machine represents the third generation of this type of vertical machining centres. Therefore, we are able to work with heavier and larger metal components. But that is not all.
